We can ship to virtually any address in Australia via Sendle. We also ship to New Zealand using other courier services depending on location and price. Please note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based, and all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
All orders over $199 get free shipping within Australia including our bulky products like the VibePlates.
For all orders under $199 the following categories apply. (if you want us to provide a shipping price please email [email protected] with your full address and the products you require and someone will assist you offline.
- AU-Small (max 5kg) for $12 Australia-wide
- AU-Medium (max 10kg) for $18 Australia wide.
- AU-Large (max 25kg) for $25 Australia wide.
- NZ-Small (max 5kg) for $80 Australia-wide
- NZ-Medium (max 10kg) for $100 Australia wide.
- NZ-Large (max 25kg) for $150 Australia wide.
We work towards 48-hour dispatch for all products. Due to the high volume of daily transactions received, many items sold via discount or on sale will be dispatched as received from our suppliers. Due to international locations of some of these suppliers, it takes up to 7-14 business days to receive some of the smaller items that are on back-order, so please be patient with your order.
For the larger Vibeplates that are on Pre-Order or Back-Order these can take 40 to 50 days when they are not currently in stock. We try to order the new stock of heavier items every few weeks depending on the number of Orders we receive. Please contact us directly if you have any questions.
We currently use Sendle for Australian shipping which uses multiple Couriers for National deliveries of products.
Australia post is the only carrier that can deliver to temporary postal lockers or PO boxes. Please note that most providers require a signature on delivery and will only leave products with Authority to leave selected. We use multiple Couriers for New Zealand.
Vibeality may offer shipping discounts from time to time. Specifics of any offers will be included here as a reference.
Authority to leave:
Customers can opt to provide delivery instructions in such case when unlikely to be home. In these instances, Vibeality may override chosen carrier and send via carrier we believe will deliver package most reliably, based on our experience to your location. If we opt to send via more expensive or cheaper method there will be no adjustment to postage prices paid.
Authority to Leave Terms & Conditions
By giving us “Authority to Leave” during the checkout page comments (or if you selected this option over the telephone with our Customer Service Agents), Vibeality will leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions.
You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises.
Vibeality and its courier service providers associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release Vibeality from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.
Postage Costs are all automatically calculated via the website. Most prices are subsidized. If you believe the rate you have been charged is wrong please email [email protected]
Risk & Title
Vibeality will retain title to the goods you order until you have made payment in full for the goods. All the risk in the goods will pass to the buyer upon the delivery of the goods to or collection of the goods by a postal or courier service. However in Australia Sendle does include insurnace for loss of all eligible parcels for no extra charge. Please refer to Sendle Insurance policy outline. If you would like to obtain insurance please contact us to discuss options available. Insurance is not valid for any purchases with Authority to leave chosen by the customer.
We do not accept returns and issue refunds unless a result of an error from our end.
Once an order has been submitted, the purchaser can request a refund, and Vibeality will decide if an order can be refunded. If we have ordered, received, packaged or paid for the items that were requested by the buyer, we may decide not to allow refunds.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Refunds will be processed either by;
Refunding to credit card used for purchase
Refunding PayPal transactions
EFT to nominated Bank Accounts.
Please note: Any requests for bank cheque or money orders, will be processed on weekly basis in line with post office & bank visits and have fees associated to be passed on and deducted from any refund amounts.
Also, note that we are unable to refund to credit cards if purchases were made by alternative methods.
If you need to return an item, simply email [email protected] and we will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Vibeality reserves the right to cancel any transaction which may be as the result of incorrectly listed price or shipping price.
